If Immigrants allowed into the Unites States, it can become very overwhelming and cities start to feel crowded, like it is busting at the seems. I think it makes towns dirty because they don't have anywhere to go and they cannot speak English. Everyone else has to adapt to them and we have to learn more languages so we can communicate with them and they have to slowly establish themselves, get familiar with our language, and that takes years...
