U.S.' reluctance to help the targets makes U.N. officials nervous that the plan to cut the debt of the 18 poorest countries debts and to double annual aid to Africa by 2010 will not succeed.
Analysis:
I feel as though this is a tough decision to make, I agree with both sides on this issue. I see the importance of giving aid to these poor countries that desperately need our help, it's however slightly upseting to say that I agree with Bush that we need to initially make sure that these countries have control of themselves, and that the money will be properly used to endorse education, health, etc... displayed next 300 characters
