I found myself pondering if this was an intentional act by the director to distract or just how this play was supposed to be preformed. If I could change anything about the play the out of date props would be it. I am no director and I am sure they had some meaning, but I know I was not the only one distracted...

The Othello synopsis in the program did help me get up to speed but I was still in the dark about a few things. I wish I could've seen her abusive husband or even some of the male callers from the whore house. I would recommend this play to anyone that hasn't been to such a small venue.
