The dwarf will also face tough decisions like having kids because there might be a chance passing on the deformity. An issue that could impact the treatment of this disorder. Sometime people who are abnormally short chose to go under sedation and let surgeons break the bones in the patient's legs and reset them so the patient can gain a centimetre or two after every treatment but people who chose this path can be subject to chronic pain later in life, but if they don't chose this path they could be subject to severe harassment which can lead to psychological damage later on in life...
