In his culture women were not allowed to speak to men and would have been beaten. However, in the movie, the warlord only got mad and told O'Malley to silence his "women." Realistically Eve would not have been treated as such. It is understandable though because earlier movies did not display violence and it was more than likely left out intentionally...

The airplanes were a perfect addition. Eve made an ideal flapper. Also, the treatment of women was diluted but mostly accurate. This made a great and entertaining movie to watch. I wouldn't miss it for the world.
