Disregarding the extreme situations though I feel I manage my emotions extremely well. I can ususal tell when someone is in a bad mood. They will normally seem frustrated and might not smile at all. I think the smiling is a dead give away that someone is not in a good mood. I do sometimes ask if something is bothering them, depending how close we may be as coworkers...
